At 36"W, it gives you a purpose-built base rather than repurposing a generic table, and should be installed under the countertop unit by a trained professional per manufacturer guidelines.
- Heavy-Duty Welded Construction – The frame is fully welded rather than bolted together, using a tubular stainless steel structure that eliminates weak joints and flexing. This keeps the stand rigid and stable even under the daily weight, vibration, and movement of heavy cooking equipment in a busy kitchen.
- All-Stainless Steel Build – Every visible surface — base, front panel, side panels, and lower tray — is constructed in stainless steel, which resists corrosion from grease, moisture, and cleaning chemicals while giving the unit a durable, professional finish that matches the rest of your equipment line.
