Our Story
Venâncio was founded in 1991 in Venâncio Aires, a city in Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul region, where it began by producing wood-fired stoves for kitchens across Brazil and Argentina. Over more than three decades, that single product line grew into a full range of commercial kitchen equipment — industrial ranges, hot plates, char-broilers, griddles, fryers, combination and turbo ovens, proofing chambers, bakery equipment, and refrigeration — manufactured at a 110,000 m² facility that includes the only private foundry of its kind in the segment, producing roughly 200,000 units a year. Today, Venâncio equipment is used in commercial kitchens across more than 30 countries, and the brand has earned recognition in Brazil's Professional Kitchen industry publication for the quality of its craftsmanship.
